Walking at a gentle pace upon a variety of easy terrain, we’ll explore the beautiful Maker heights in SE Cornwall, learning the wild plants growing along the hedgerow that can be used for food and medicines. This walk includes a cookery and tasting session at the end to demonstrate how to cook and eat the your own seaweed harvest!

This course begins at 10.30am and concludes at 1pm. We recommend bringing a notepad and/or camera along with you to help record and, later, recall the wild foods your encounter. Logistics for the event, including meeting points and parking information, will be emailed soon after your booking is made.

Customers are also welcome to swap their booking for another course (subject to availability) or request a refund until seven days before the course takes place.
