Walking at a gentle pace upon a variety of easy terrain, you will explore the beautiful Wacker Quay in Cornwall with our expert forager, Vix Hill-Ryder, learning all about the wild plants growing along the esturay, hedgerow, and woodland of spring that can be used for food and medicines. Our goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to begin roaming these areas yourself, returning home with a bounty of delicious and nutritious foods and flavours.

This course takes place at Wacker Quay between 10.30am and 1.30pm. We recommend bringing a notepad and/or camera along with you to help record and, later, recall the wild foods your encounter. Logistics for the event, including meeting points and parking information, will be emailed soon after your booking is made. We welcome you to bring your children along for free but we ask that you please let us know their attendance in advance of the day.
