A 3-hour guided walk around our Horsepool Apiary site with expert forager, Vix Hill-Ryder. Learn all about the edible wonders, including their flavours and medicinal benefits, that you find across throughout meadows and hedgerows. A cookery demonstration and tasting session will be held at the end to demonstrate how to prepare and eat every harvested wild food.
This course takes place at our Horsepool Apiary between 10.30am and 1pm. We recommend bringing a notepad and/or camera along with you to help record and, later, recall the wild foods your encounter. Logistics for the event, including meeting points and parking information, will be emailed soon after your booking is made.
