Join Vix Hill-Ryder for a free introduction to Edible and Medicinal Plants.

Beginning in the morning, Vix will be guiding attendees around the graveyard to showcase the abundant and diverse ecology found within this sacred ground. Attendees will learn how to respectfully and safely see the graveyard as an environmental resource for health and wellbeing, learning about how our ancestors used the plants growing for their own remedies.

We will be meeting in the Millbrook Closed Graveyard at 10.30am and concluding our activities at 13.30pm. Attendees are welcome to join in and learn as little or as much as they would like, so don't feel obligated to stay for the whole session... though we think you might want to! There's also no need to book, simply turn up on the day and all equipment will be provided.

Adults and children are welcome to join us without charge and this funded day is part of our Wild Edges project to bring local residents even closer to the nature on their doorstep. For more information, please contact our team.
