This course will teach you how to correctly lay hedges so as to create natural boundaries that also serve to protect flora and fauna. It will cover everything you need to know, as well as guiding you to successfully complete a section of your own hedge, ensuring you leave with the skills and understanding of the techniques required to construct your own in future. No experience required as this course is designed for beginners and refreshers wanting to learn and hone in their skills, as well as those who just want to practice skills already learned.
The course takes place between 10am and 3pm, under the guidance of Robbie Ryder, and at our education site outside of Sheviock.
------
This course takes place outside, from 10.00 until 15.00, so please dress for the weather and bring a strong pair of thorn proof gloves and wear sturdy footwear. All other essential equipment will be supplied and we simply advise that you dress appropriately for the weather. Logistics for the event, including meeting points and parking information, will be emailed soon after your booking is made.

Disclaimer: If a course is cancelled by the Family Foraging Kitchen, such as in the event of unsuitable weather conditions, alternative dates will be made available, as well as the option of a full refund.
