On December 18th, we welcome you to join us atop Maker Heights in Cornwall's Rame Peninsula for a wild roast dinner, taking you through some of the best local produce available during the winter season. This bespoke three course meal offers traditional dishes created with a hedgerow twist, using ingredients that have been sourced from local producers and sustainably foraged from the landscape by our small team.

Each course will be served with an introduction by our head forager and Family Foraging Kitchen founder, Vix Hill-Ryder, identifying the ingredients used, their value to local ecology, and how their flavour inspired the recipe, as well as answering any questions that guests might have, ensuring that everyone leaves with the inspiration and knowledge needed to begin introducing wild foods into their own kitchen.

Meat and plant-based options will be available (please let us know your preference when booking), with a hedgerow-inspired wild cocktail on entry. We ask that guests please BYOB. The evening will also feature a live vinyl DJ set from local DJ and forager, Leon Frey.
