Foraging is a activity that encourages individuals to get closer to nature, changing the way we think about food while simultaneously teaching us about the ecology and history of our own landscapes. Join Leon Frey as he showcases the best wild edibles found on the Rame Peninsula in July, from hedgerow staples to Cornwall's summer plants, discussing the language and edible history of each plant, so that attendees can begin to see their local landscape as a source of fascinating food.

This foraging course begins at 10.30 and concludes at 1.30pm, not before an opportunity to taste what has been foraged in a cooking session! Please do make a note of any dietary requirements you might have when booking as we like to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the recipes we taste at the end of the session. Adult foraging walk tickets are £25 and we welcome children to attend for free. Please, however, do let us know if any children will be in attendance, so that we can keep track of numbers!

Logistics for the foraging course will be sent via email after the booking is made.

Following this time, we will be unable to offer a refund (except in certain cases) as it is unlikely we will be able to fill the course.
