A Seasonal Forage
Wacker Quay

In stock

As winter begins to disappear, fresh greens return to the landscape, bringing flavours and aromas to foraging baskets. Join Leon Frey at this time as he welcomes you to explore Wacker Quay, getting hands on with seasonal delights, learning how to harvest sustainably and safely, while also tasting some of the woodlands best flavours and learning about the history and language of the landscape.

This course begins at 10.30 and concludes at 1.30pm. Please do make a note of any dietary requirements you might have when booking as we like to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the recipes we taste at the end of the session. Adult foraging walk tickets are £30 and we welcome children to attend for free. Please, however, do let us know if any children will be in attendance, so that we can keep track of numbers! Unfortuantely, we find that our walks are unsuitable for dogs and ask that they are not brought along with you. Logistics for the foraging course will be sent via email after the booking is made.
