Walking at a gentle pace upon a variety of easy terrain, we’ll explore the beautiful Wacker Quay in SE Cornwall, learning the wild plants growing along the esturay, hedgerow and woodland of spring that can be used for food and medicines. This walk includes a cookery and medicines workshop.
