Private Bookings
Book your bespoke wild food walk with our expert forager, Vix Hill-Ryder.
Private Foraging Walks
Includes an interactive and
truly wild cookery class.
Private bookings are perfect for groups, families, corporate teams, social gatherings, parties, and celebrations, offering each member of your group a personal and tailored wild food experience. Each walk is a great way to better understand the amazing foods and flavours available across the country. Whether you would like to learn about hedgerows, coastal pathways, or even your own land, we build each walk around your interests and chosen location.
In addition to learning about the edible delights of foraged wild foods, each private booking includes an interactive and truly wild cookery class. This allows your group to truly understand the tastes available, cooking and eating the walk’s harvest. You will also receive recipes cards with cooking tips and recipes on the seasonal produce you learn to harvest.
Restaurant Teams
Enjoy a wild foraging experience.
Our private walks are also a great exercise for restaurant teams and food professionals, giving your chefs a wild foraging experience that will help them to improve their understanding of wild foods and flavours.
You will learn about the complex, diverse, and exciting array of ingredients available in your local area, as well as how to sustainably and safely harvest your own ingredients. We also work with your kitchen team to incorporate these ingredients into your menu, inspiring geographically unique and seasonal dishes inspired by your local flora.
Each private booking will include plant identification of up to at least 30 plants per walk, including leaves, shoots, flowers, seeds, nuts, fruits, roots, and seaweeds, ensuring that your team are confident and able to forage their own delicious ingredients!
We accommodate a minimum of six adults per booking and a maximum of fifteen. For a quote on a private booking, please use the contact form, sharing with us your group size, location, and interests.
